Frequently asked questions

EmberShape is a multi-platform creator toolkit sold as one subscription. Instead of a separate bill for every tool, you get a single weight budget you spend across a growing catalog of tools, starting with EmberBot.

EmberBot is EmberShape's first tool, a Discord moderation and engagement bot: welcome flows, role automation, raid and spam protection, and check-in streaks.

Yes. Sign-ups are closed for now while we finish building EmberShape; once they reopen, you can install it directly from Discord with no checkout, no card, and no expiry. If you already have an account, sign in to add it to a server. Subscribing to EmberShape unlocks EmberBot's full picker (Standard or Premium, per server), funded by your weight budget, and you can subscribe later without starting over.

See current pricing on the Pricing page. It's launch pricing, and it's locked in for as long as you stay subscribed, even if EmberShape's prices change later for new subscribers.

Every billed tier gives you a weight budget: a flexible allowance you direct yourself across EmberShape's whole tool catalog, not a fixed allocation per tool. Put it all toward one tool, split it across several, and change your mind whenever your community's needs shift.

EmberBot, EmberShape's tool today, is Discord-specific. EmberShape itself is built as a multi-platform toolkit, so future tools won't require Discord.

With Discord, Google, Twitch, or Kick (Instagram and TikTok are coming soon), or with a dedicated EmberShape ID (email and password) if you'd rather not connect a platform account. Any of them lands you on the same EmberShape account, and you can connect more from Connections later.

Your weight budget increases immediately to the new tier's limit. Anything you already had selected stays as-is until you choose to reallocate it.
