Complaints and disputes

If something is wrong, email support@embershape.com or write to 2045 Törökbálint, Balassi Bálint utca 23/C, Fsz. 2. ajtó, Hungary. We answer every written complaint in writing within 30 days and keep complaints and our answers for three years, as Hungarian law requires. If we can't resolve it, you can go to a consumer conciliation board (békéltető testület), free of charge. If you live in Hungary, that is the board for the place where you live; the chambers of commerce and industry publish the list of boards at bekeltetes.hu. If you live in another EU country, you can go to the Budapest Conciliation Board (Budapesti Békéltető Testület): seat 1016 Budapest, Krisztina krt. 99.
